Empowerment of Women’ is a strong term. None of us can forget Meera Kathiravan’s ‘Aval Peyar Tamilarasi’ movie that celebrated the empowerment of women. After gaining more positive reviews from the audience as well as from Film Critics, director Meera Kathiravan is now ready with his next thriller flick ‘Vizhithiru’ which features has a bunch of talented artists that includes Krishna, Vidharth, Venkat Prabhu, Thambi Ramaiah, SP.Saran, Dhanshika, Abhinaya, Rahul Baskaran, Erika Fernandez, Baby Sara and Sudha Chandran.
The film also has ‘Chiranjeevi’s brother Naga Babu who has acted in more than one hundred Telugu Films. ‘Vizhithiru’ is being produced by Meera Kathiravan jointly with his friends under the banner ‘Mainstream Cinema Productions’.
While the lyrics were written by T.Rajendar, Subramanya Nandhi and Dhamayandhi, the songs of ‘Vizhithiru’ are composed by debutant Music director Sathyan Mahalingam. It is to be noted that, for the very first time seven music directors including T.Rajendar, Vijay Antony, G.V.Prakash Kumar, Santosh Narayanan, S.S.Thaman, C.Sathya and Alphonse have crooned six songs in ‘Vizhithiru’. With skillful technicians including Vijay Milton – R.V.Saran as Cinematographers, K.L.Praveen as Editor and S.S.Moorthy as Art Director, Vizhithiru is gearing up for release this month.
“Vizhithiru is all about four different persons from four perspectives who meet at a certain point and begin to travel in a single track. It took more time and effort for us to complete this project because the story required more night sequences that have been shot in the major parts of Chennai.
With lots of twists and turns. I am quite sure that ‘Vizhithiru’ will act as an exciting thriller and it will be a visual treat for the audience,” says director Meera Kathiravan.
